Coir Fibre:

Coir fibre is extracted from the fibrous outer cover of the fruit of the coconut palm, with or with out retting. Coir fibre is graded based on its nature of extraction, colour, presence of long and short fibres, impurities etc.

Coir Yarn:

Coir Yarn is generally of 2 ply, spun from coir fibre by hand as well as with help of traditional ratts, fully automatic spinning machines etc. The coir yarn is of different qualities/grades based on the quality of fibre used, the nature of twist, presence of impurities etc. Available in different forms like hydraulically pressed bales, spools bobbins, dholls, balls etc. cut length for various industrial and agricultural purposes.

Coir Mats:

1) Creel Mats:-

Creel mats are brush mats and they come in a variety of pile heights and densities to suit a variety of purposes. The brush thickness offers constant scrubbing action and moisture absorption. These mats are available in natural, bleached, colored and with attractively printed designs in normal dyes. Guaranteed colorfast printing is also available optionally.

3) Fibre Mats Printed:

Depending on the preferences of the individual customers, it is offered in a variety of appealing printed designs. Water pigments and common colours are used to print on these mats. Made in normal sizes, but also available in custom sizes.

2) Fibre Mats Inlaid:

Fibre mats are famous for their natural compact brush and thick, heavy-duty door mats. These mats are extensively used for interior and exterior door fronts. It is available either in woven or printed designs. The designs can be beveled; that looks nice. The mats are made in standard sizes but can also be customized as per the buyer's choice in both rectangular and half-moon shapes.

4) Corridor Mats:

Corridor mats are available in different categories. These mats are made out of coir ropes and braid, available in rectangular, oval and oblong shapes. These mats are traditional hand-tufted in the non-brush mat category. Mainly used as entrance mats and they can be used reversibly.

PVC Backed Coir Mats:

PVC backed coir mats are created with premium Alleppey coir yarn that is tightly anchored into a robust, 2.6-3.4 mm damp-proof and non-skid PVC basis using a unique moulding technique. Durable coir tufts have excellent scraping qualities and a slip-resistant flexible PVC backing.

The mats are cut using automatic, computerized cutting devices that provide clean edges. The PVC backing allows for completely accurate cutting of the mats to the desired sizes and eliminates the potential public hazard caused by ill-fitting mats. It can also be cut to your desired shapes in any size, curved or straight and it gives us a completely clean and secure edge that will not fray. It is also easy to clean and highly durable.

1) PVC Backed Coir Printed Mats:

It is available in attractive designs and printed in natural and bleach surface of the mats. Available shapes are rectangular and half moon. Thickness are 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 23mm, 30mm

2) PVC Backed Coir Shape Mats:

PVC backed coir door mats are available in a variety of shapes with attractive printed patterns. The PVC backing offers us a fully clean and stable edge that will not fray, allowing us to cut your coir mat to the appropriate size and shapes of animals, flowers and fruits with the utmost accuracy. also, it is quite resilient and simple to clean.

3) PVC Backed Coir Rolls:

PVC backed coir rolls are available up to a maximum of 2m in width and in thickness varying from 17mm to 30mm. It is available in natural coir colour and also in different colours like black, red, blue, brown and grey for bulk quantities. These are generally used as entrance mats.

Coir Mattress:

Coir mattress is a perfect combination of coir fiber and PUF foam to prevent sagging. The porous structure of its core doesn't absorbs liquids and allows free air circulation to keep the body cool even in warm tropical climate. Due its unique composition and anti-sagging formula, it retains its original shape and gives long lasting comfort. Coir Mattings:

Coir mattings are made on traditional handlooms or powerlooms. Available in natural beach, solid colors and a multitude of designs and patterns made by weave and color combinations, with or without latex backing. The quality of the matting is determined by the type of yarn and weave used. Mainly used as floor coverings and floor runners for furnishing stairs and corridors. Also used for wall panelling, ceilings, linings and echo control.

Coir Pith:

Coir pith is a spongy material that binds the coconut fibre in the husk, coir pith is finding new applications. It is an excellent soil conditioner and is being extensively used as a soil-less medium for agri-horticultural purposes. With its moisture retention qualities, coir pith is ideal for growing anthuriums and orchids. Available in raw form or converted into organic manure.

Coir Geotextiles:

Coir geotextiles protect land surfaces and promote quick vegetation. Geotextiles are a wonderful treasure of natural, echo friendly erosion control blankets in woven and non-woven preparations. Totally biodegradable, geotextiles help the soil stabilization and renew vegetation in varying slopes.

Coir Grow bags:

Coir grow bags are breathable, so they allow more soil to more in contact with the air than traditional pots. Better aeration prevents soil compaction and this makes it easier for your plants to absorb nutrients from soil. Since grow bags are breathable, they allow excess heat to escape on warm days. Plant holes with UV protection and drain holes are as per buyer's requirement.
